Mr. Anusorn Kraiwatsussorn, Deputy Minister of Labour, presided over an opening ceremony of the seminar on 3E@Generation: Decoding Sustainable Employees’ Relationship, which is part of the University of Thai Chamber of Commerce’s Master of Business Administration on Human Resource Management Program. It was held at the University of Thai Chamber of Commerce and attended by some 300 executives, students, and people who are interested in human resource management from leading public, state-own, or private organizations.
Mr. Anusorm underscored generosity, friendliness, responsibility, disciplinary as essential elements of a process to melt down differences of employees’ lifestyle, perspectives, age, and attitude and to create a sustainable bond among them, saying that not everybody can choose their career path but all can choose to be good people of the society. Sustainable employees’ relationship and bond does not only do good to an individual and a society but also helps the nation progress forward.
