Today, Thailand has played a more prominent role in the global arena, the regional arena, and the neighboring countries. Thailand is facing new challenges. Adaptation to deal with problems and challenges. It is necessary to set clear and comprehensive directions to drive the country towards progress and change. In particular, corporate governance must have a consistent operational direction and a streamlined transition.

 

            The Ministry of Labor has a major strategy in managing international labor. The Office of International Cooperation is responsible for proposing foreign labor cooperation policies, conducting ceremonies, reception, and certification, as well as coordinating activities under international resolutions and agreements in the framework of cooperation to support the implementation of the International Labor Guidelines and build confidence from relevant agencies. The management of the organization will achieve and be successful. It depends on the teamwork of the personnel in the organization. Therefore, it is necessary to create a knowledgeable team for efficient operation to be effective, work together to create a working guide that encourages the sense and sense that everyone is part of the organization, as well as changing the behavior in the same direction to focus on the organization's goals. There is a manual in the operation to be used as a guideline for personnel in the Bureau. It works exactly the same standard. This will lead to a more efficient operation,” Mr. Jarin said at the end.
