MOL Organizes Activity Booths for National Children’s Day 2020 at the Ministry of Education

            On January 11, 2020, at 08.30 hours, Prime Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha presided over the opening ceremony of the National Children’s Day 2020 at the Central Stage of the Ministry of Education. Minister of Education Mr. Natthaphon Thepsuwan gave a report. Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol and the Ministry of Labour’s executives also participated in the opening ceremony, visited activity booths and gave prizes to the children and youths who participated in booths organized by departments under the Ministry of Labour.

            For this year’s National Children’s Day, the government assigned the Ministry of Education to host the event and jointly organize activities with public and private agencies, under the Children’s Day slogan of “Modern Thai children unite and know their duties as Thai citizens”. The Ministry of Labour organized 6 booths in front of the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, within the Ministry of Education. The booths included the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour, the Department of Employment, the Department of Skill Development, the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, the Social Security Office and the Thailand Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. Activities included public relations regarding the missions of the Ministry of Labour, spin the wheel games with prizes and quizzes, with many rewards to giveaway.
