On July 30, 2021, at 13.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol chaired the Skill Development Promotion Committee Meeting No. 5/2021. The meeting took place through teleconference via Zoom. The session considered the application for certification as a professional organization of the Thai Hairdressing Professional Association (Knowledge and Capability Certification Office), sought approval for the Ministry of Labour’s draft notification regarding the designation of occupations that may be harmful to the public or that require competent persons, which must be carried out by a certified person (Professional Certification Office), and requested approval to adjust the disbursement plan from the Skills Development Fund for 2021 (Skill Development Promotion Division). The meeting also requested approval to review the Action Plan for the Skill Development Fund, the Digital Action Plan for the Skill Development Fund, the Human Resources Management Action Plan for the Skills Development Fund for 2020-2022, and the Action Plan of the 2022 accounting year (Skill Development Promotion Division). It also requested approval for the estimate of income and expenditure of the Skill Development Fund for the 2022 – 2025 fiscal year and the Operational Plan for the 2022 fiscal year (Department of Skill Development Promotion). The meeting took place at the Somchart Lekalawan Conference Room, 10th Floor, Department of Skill Development.
