Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin assigned his Advisor to visit Phetchaburi to build morale for police officers, volunteers, village headsmen, and the district health office and promote the registration of illegally migrated workers.

On January 1-3, 2021, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin assigned Advisor to the Labour Minister Mrs. Thiwalrat Angkinan to visit Phetchaburi, to lead the heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Phetchaburi to build morale for police officers, volunteers, village headsmen, and the district health office. They also encouraged the registration of illegally migrated workers under special circumstances of the new wave of the Covid-19 outbreak at the Cha Phuang Junction, Tha Sala Intersection, Khao Yoi District Office, Muang Phetchaburi, Phetchaburi. The Labour Minister’s Advisor said that the government under the leadership of Prime Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha and the Ministry of Labour under the supervision of Deputy Prime Minister General Prawit Wongsuwan expressed concern about illegitimate migrant workers escaping due to the fear of guilt. Such workers can register online from January 15 to February 13, 2021.

“Employers/companies and migrants of the three nationalities (Cambodia, Lao, and Myanmar) can ask for more information at the Provincial Employment Offices, the Bangkok Employment Offices Area 1-10, at Line @Service_Workpermit or the Ministry of Labour’s 1506 hotline, press 2 for the Department of Employment.
