On October 23, 2020, at 15.00 hours, Prime Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha led the Cabinet in a garland-laying ceremony in commemoration of the Thai monarchy on the anniversary of King Chulalongkorn’s passing. Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin also attended the ceremony at the Dusit Palace.
