            Today (23 May 2018)Minister of Labor, H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo, presides over the Kick off ceremony, a program to increase the potential of low income people who register for state welfare to create jobs.

             The project aims to create jobs for the business people, and to increase the income and security of the people living in the Sapphire Room 204 – 206 IMPACT Forum, Muang Thong Thani, Pakkred, Nonthaburi. The program has been running from now until September 2018 with 56 courses, such as community technician, construction, cooking, sewing. , make artificial flowers, etc. It will be used to integrate with the community and district level in the practice. In addition, seminars, training sessions and related agencies such as the Office of the Auditor General and the NCC Office will be held to provide guidance on the correct approach and mechanisms for verification. The Ministry of Labor assigned the system to spend the budget of various areas to be the most transparent.
             Gen. Adul said that the project to increase the potential of low income. It is an integration between agencies. It requires the cooperation of all sectors according to the state. Both government agencies, private sector and enterprises need to be involved in creating opportunities for low income earners. The job is done and promote work to do at home and vocational training to protect workers and promote social security. The implementation of this project will improve the quality of life of the poor and truly see the results. The government wants to help low-income people sustainably.
For this seminar, more than 700 people from the Ministry of Labor joined in to acknowledge the policy, guidelines and procedures for the project. The target population registered for lower-income state welfare. 30,000 Baht / person / year for 2 activities: 1) Career Promotion and Vocational Training Course The multi-tasker (community technician) is targeted at 81,000 people. Through training, electrical and plumbing work, plumbing, window and wall gates, and 2)the provision of vocational training tools to the graduates. The employed or self-employed 544 120 people are targeted action. “All steps must be transparent and verifiable. There is a mechanism for monitoring from all sectors and most beneficial.
