Mr. Ananchai Uthaiwattanachep, Director General of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare revealed that the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare encourages businesses to conduct business ethically, with respect to human rights, non-child labor, no forced labor, and no trafficking. The focus of the participatory process is to improve the conditions of employment and working conditions as well as to declare that it is a business establishment that has a standardized management system. Mr. Ananchai went on to say, the ceremony was held to commemorate the 135 companies to honor the establishment of the companies in accordance with the labor law and international principles, employees have a good quality of life, and confidence in workers in the area that enters their employment.
