Deputy Labour Minister Concludes MOL New Officials’ Training for 27th Class

          On December 27, 2020, at 09.00 hours, Deputy Labour Minister Mr. Niyom Songkaew presided over the closing ceremony of the Ministry of Labour’s 27th class of new officials’ training and awarded insignias. The occasion took place at the Phusak Than Resort Hotel, Nakhon Nayok. The said training aims to promote good government officials, following the Department of Skills Development guidelines. It trains to instill the philosophy of being a good government official and to develop a working network. The program focuses on learning from both expert speakers’ experiences and studying hands-on practices, in and out of the classroom. The training schedule is between December 17 – 27, 2020, for a total of 9 days. Participants included new government officials from all departments under the Ministry of Labour, for a total of 100 people.
          Mr. Niyom said that all of the new officials would be a valuable resource and a major force of the Ministry of Labour. He urged everyone to recognize the importance of their roles and responsibilities as a good government official, being a new generation of officials learning and developing themselves to keep up with the time and introducing new technologies that can be applied to benefit the development of the organization for more efficiency.
