The Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour said, “In the administration, it is inevitable that there will be problems and obstacles. Therefore, there must be a strong mind, patience, self-sacrifice, and dedication to work with honesty and fairness in order to achieve the goal of the work. In addition, at present, society is changing rapidly. Technological advances have given rise to new knowledge. Therefore, every government official should develop themselves to keep up with changes and innovation, by seeking knowledge in all dimensions to develop their selves and the work in their responsibilities. This training for all is not a one-time learning event where participants go their own ways, or just for the purpose of a document and academic performance report, without using the knowledge gained to practice. In working, everyone should develop and create a network with an exchange of ideas and experience. There should be consultation and planning in order to strengthen the power to drive the Ministry of Labour’s missions forward. Therefore, we ask that you apply both theoretical and practical knowledge to your performance to the best of your ability.”

The training was held between August 10 – 21, 2020, for a total training period of 12 days. Participants included skilled and experienced civil servants from all agencies under the Ministry of Labour, totalling 40 people.
