Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Joins Meeting to Follow Up on the Progress of Obtaining Support for the Central Budget Expenditures and Guidelines to Resolve Labour Trafficking in Persons and Forced Labour

            On December 23, 2022, at 09.30 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, assigned the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, to join the meeting to follow up on the progress of obtaining support for the budget expenditures from the central budget, and guidelines for solving labour trafficking in persons and forced Labour. Deputy Secretary-General to the Prime Minister for Political Affairs, Police General Thammasak Wicharaya, presided over the meeting at Meeting Room 302, 3rd Floor, Command Building 1, Government Houses.
            The meeting considered the implementation plan according to the project requesting support from the central expenditure budget and guidelines for resolving labour trafficking in persons and forced Labour to monitor the progress of obtaining support for the central budget expenditures. It also considered the support for implementing the action plan on the national referral mechanism, case management, and support to protect victims of human trafficking, forced labour, or services B.E. 2565, including action guidelines to solve the problem of labour trafficking in persons and forced Labour.
