On September 7, 2018, H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo, Minister of Labour, presided over the opening ceremony of the Institute of Human Resources Development, Ministry of Labor, at the Chiang Saen International Skill Development Institute, Wiang, Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai. The Ministry of Labor has recognized the importance of human resource development at all levels. This institute will be a center for human resource development to support excellence in various fields of study to enhance knowledge. The ability of personnel, the Ministry of Labor at all levels to have the knowledge, ability, work skills, and a good attitude to work. This will result in better performance to lead the goal of “leadership” and “center” to develop human resources to push the country to Thailand 4.0.
Gen. Adul further said that the Institute of Human Resources Development, Ministry of Labor followed the Administration Based on human resources development, expertise, good personality, and leadership to set up a team to work out a specific plan, training courses, and to improve existing facilities and develop them to conduct training / seminars. Using the building of the International Skill Development Institute, Wiang, Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai is a place to train people, the Ministry of Labor at all levels. Initially, two training seminars were organized, namely, two training courses for the new government officials of the Ministry of Labor, namely: The 20 th between August 27 – September 8, 2018, and the 21 during September 3 – 15, 2018, and the Executive Program of the Ministry of Labor. “The direction of labor management according to the national strategy … to reform the country”.
Then the Labor Minister also gave a keynote address on the topic. “Leadership and Management” to senior executives of the Ministry of Labor and the New Officials, Ministry of Labor, 20 th and 21st and visit to the Institute of Human Resources Development, Ministry of Labor. There are 3 training courses for trainees, 28 trainees, 210 hours for training, 25 trainees for multimedia, 30 hours for training, and 18 trainees for computer network administrators, 30 hours for training, all 3 of which are under the International Skill Development Program to develop economic cooperation in the Greater Mekong Sub-region and Southeast Asia according to the skill development strategy of the country o create a competitive multiplier of the country to create a multiplier of trainers to extend the training to their own country. It creates jobs, creates jobs, and good relations between Thailand and neighboring countries.
