          On April 9th, the children’s day care service will be provided by the Ministry of Labor at school age (4-12 years old) on every business day from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm to ease the burden. At the beginning, there were people in the Ministry of Labor who paid attention and submitted the application for service. There are 33 children, including 14 children from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, 12 from Department of Employment, 3 from Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, 2 from Department of Skill Development, and 2 from Social Security Offices.

Adul said in the next phase, the Ministry of Labor will launch child-rearing services for personnel under the Ministry of Labor. 2) Nursery school children (age 2.5 years up to kindergarten age) from 09.00 – 17.00 hrs. 2) Kindergarten children (kindergarten – year 6). In addition, they also provide welfare to strengthen the development of children such as organizing snacks and drinks for children – 2 children.           Nuttanicha Wichaisub, the daughter of Mrs. Krisawad Wichaisub, a member of the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Labor, said, “I feel very happy and I like it here. When I came here with you in the past, I had to go to the library that made me feel bored. Now there is a center. I have many friends and have many activities to do.”
          The Ministry of Labor’s Child Welfare Development Center is in compliance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for implementation of the Day Care Centers for Workers in the Workplace and the Community. The cooperation between the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Health has been established to The 20-year national strategy and the 12th National Economic and Social Development Plan focus on the development of human capital at all ages to increase the skills, knowledge and ability that lead to a stronger society.
