Today (July 19, 61) at 09.00 am, General Pravit Wongsuwan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense presided over the opening ceremony of the Job Ready Center at the Employment for Thai workers Center, Minister of Labor, was reported by H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo, Ministry of Labor. Gen. Adul said that the government under the leadership of General Prayut Chan-ocha, Prime Minister has given importance to the development of the country to security, wealth, and sustainability by holding people at the center by elevating and reforming the bureaucracy as a dependency of the people. The Job Ready Center has been established under the concept of “Public Relation for Thai Workers”, with a group of undergraduates who are not working as the main target group in the promotion to work and earn income to meet their needs and abilities in line with the mission of the Ministry of Labor. The focus is on giving Thai people a dignified job by creating opportunities to access jobs, equal opportunities, protected and guaranteed quality of life. These human resources are the cornerstone of bringing the country to prosperity.
Gen. Adul said that the Job Ready Center will be available nationwide. Today (July 19, 61)the center has four main tasks: 1. Guidance work appropriate to the ability and interest of the service, Provide a readiness test. 2. Job Matching (Matching) between job seekers and employers. Establishment Using the database Job Fair, Mobile App, Line Jobs, Job Box, etc., as well as getting work done at home. 3. Skill Development: If you want to upgrade your skills (Up skill / Re-skill), training is available in short courses of 18 – 60 hours and long term of 60 days or more. 4. Providing employment protection, working conditions, benefits received by employees, and the introduction of social security systems to create a stable guarantee of life. The operation of the center here is divided into two phases. The first stage is the total of 11 pilot stages: Chiang Mai, Phitsanulok, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya, Prachin Buri, Nakhon Ratchasima, Khon Kaen, Chonburi, Rayong, Surat Thani, Songkhla, and Bangkok and in the next phase, it will expand its coverage across the country.
At the center of the event, there was a “JOBS FAIR” event to provide matching services between job seekers and employers. Establishment There are more than 30 leading companies to recruit and interview jobs such as Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, CP All Public Company Limited, Bangkok Expressway Public Company Limited, True Corporation Public Company Limited, Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited, Toyota Buzz Co., Ltd., Ayudhya Capital Services Co., Ltd. and Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand. The company has more than 3,000 vacancies and also offers career guidance / Readiness test / Career Counseling / Work at home / Training / Social Security Benefits and Legal Education etc.

Adul Adulyadej Added that “The Job Ready Center will integrate the work with relevant agencies in the public, private, and educational sectors to integrate information and integration into the Thai workforce and good quality of life. In the end, Gen. Pravit has invited graduates from the undergraduate level who are seeking employment to use the center. There are 11 jobs nationwide.
