Today (December 17, 2021) at 09.00 hours, Prime Minister and Minister of Defence General Prayuth Chan-ocha and Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin joined as witnesses the signing of the memorandum of handing over some parts of the “Benjakitti” forest park phase 2 and 3, between the Royal Thai Army and the Treasury Department, and the Treasury Department and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The Royal Thai Army has completed the construction of construction site one, which has an area of approximately 160 rai, one ngan, 76 square wa. The representatives of all three units consisted of 1) the Royal Thai Army, General Siripoj Rampaikul, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Royal Thai Army, 2) the Treasury Department, Mr. Praphas Kong-iad, Director-General of the Treasury Department, and 3) Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Khachit Chatchavanich, Permanent Secretary of the BMA. The three parties signed the memorandum of handing over and receiving some parts of the “Benjakitti” forest park phase 2 and 3. The Prime Minister handed over a letter of authorization to use the royal property to the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.
