Today (July 23, 2019) at 15.00 hours, Labour Minister M.R. Chatumongol Sonakul and the Cabinet participated in the video recording to give birthday blessings to HM the King. Prime Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha was the chairman and delivered a speech. The recording took place at the Royal Thai Army Radio and Television Station (Channel 5), Sanam Pao, Bangkok.
