Police General Adul Sangsingkeo chaired the Cabinet’s offsite meeting 8/2568, and the meeting to drive economic and social development in the upper Northern provinces group 2 (Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan) which Labour Minister H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo joined, at the Saen Whee Meeting Room of Rajabhat University Chiang Rai’s auditorium, Chiang Rai.
