On February 24, 2019, at 14.30 hours, His Majesty the King appointed Privy Counselor Kasem Wattanachai as representative to pay homage to the royal monument of King Rama II, in commemoration of His Majesty King Phra Phutthaloetla Naphalai. Labour Minister H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo was the chief of guards on behalf of the Cabinet and Prime Minister and placed a bouquet in honour of the King on this occasion at the King Rama II Memorial Park, Amphawa, Samut Songkhram.
