On March 6, 2019, at 09.30 hours, Labour Minister, H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo and Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Jarin Chakkaphark and the ministry’s executives observed labour activities for employees and migrant worker management within VPF Group (1973) located at 130/1 Moo 16, Tha Sob Sao, Mae Tha, Lamphun. The organization is in the swine production and distribution business, with 570 employees consisting of 315 Thais and 131 Burmese employees. Migrant workers are entitled to company welfare equal to the entitlements of Thai workers, aside from legal requirements.
