Mr. Somporn is a Thai worker who has been working with Hou Chang Engineering Enterprise which is located in Luzhu city in Taoyuan area since November 2010. He felt unconscious after slipping in the bathroom on June 23, 2012 and was found by his Thai friends who also worked at the same plant about three hours after his accident. He was then sent to Min-Sheng General Hospital. Doctors had operated on him twice but he is still unconscious. The manpower firm has brought his uncle and younger brother to help look after him.
