On February 21, 2016, Mr. Phadermchai Sasomsub, Minister of Labour, inspected employment guarantee system at Higashi-Sapporo office of employment guarantee in Sapporo on his visit to Japan at the invitation of Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. He was accompanied by Ms. CHantana Boon-Arj, Minister of Counsellor (Labour Affairs) and Mrs. Chitlatda Bamrungjit, translator at Office of Labour Affair in Japan.
