         Currently, this bill defines the nature of the act as a forced labor and imposes penalties for such conduct. It requires measures to prevent and eliminate forced labor, protect and rehabilitate victims of forced labor in accordance with human rights principles. When this bill comes into force. It is a mechanism to prevent and address the problem of forced labor, the protection and healing of victims of forced labor. This will contribute to enhancing the image of Thailand to eliminate international trade barriers due to forced labor and lead to better quality of life. It also creates stability in labor, economy and society of the country. It also raises the protection of workers in all sectors in line with international standards in accordance with the Protocol of 2014 added to the ILO Convention, No. 19 on Forced Labor, 1930.
        Representatives from government agencies, employers ‘representatives, employees’ representatives, and academics participated in the meeting and provided feedback on each aspect of their views, to be useful, understandable, and understandable in both directions employers and employees.
