Ministry of Labor launches private sector labor resource development project

      Mr.Jarin Chakkaphark, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Labor gave keynote speech policy, Ministry of Labor and Personnel Management Labor Resource Development Project Advanced Human Resources Management at the meeting room of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare said that labor management is a very important task for the country and to lay a firm foundation on labor factors, it is an important mechanism in developing countries. It is expected that the executives from leading companies who are well-known in the whole country will convey and adopt the policy of the government and the Ministry of Labor to implement the policy and integrate the work together, database linking to each other work in both departments under the Ministry of Labor both central and regional to improve the performance of personnel to facilitate the employees and businesses. The Ministry of Labor has set a framework for working in accordance with the policy of the Ministry of Labor. 6 important agenda in accordance with the national strategy for 20 years. 1) The management of Thai labor to create opportunities for Thai people to have equal jobs and dignity. 2) Management of foreign workers. 3) Create a fair and equal social security system. 4) Establish acceptable employment standards to promote employment in fair businesses. 5) Develop skills to support Thailand’s policies, 4.0 and 6) Develop the Ministry of Labor in accordance with the bureaucracy’s guidelines, and prepare for changes in society equally, by virtue of King Philosophy and the philosophy of sufficiency economy.

      There are 40 trainees who own the facility, the Managing Director, and the Manager. This training allows the trainees to have knowledge, understanding about the labor law, the labor standards Thailand (TLS), Good Corporate Social Responsibility (GLP) and create sustainable development encourage business establishments to have labor relations system. Good welfare system Encourages employers and employees to think, co-create, innovate, empower and strengthen competitive businesses. In addition, there is a network of personnel management in the exchange of learning between trainees.
