Ministry of Labor organizes training course for new government officials 19th

          Mr. Jarin Chakkaphark, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Labor assigned Mrs. Achara Kaewkumchaicharoen Inspector General of Ministry of Labor presided over the opening ceremony of the new Ministry of Labor training class 19 at The Palazzo Hotel, said that the new government officials have a strong determination to be a good government official and to the words of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej and His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun to keep, keep up, to create happiness to the people as a way to work. They must not be involved in corruption, they must be responsible for their roles, disciplines strictly, committed to the work to push the policy into action by using state civil servants to benefit the public. Include proactive, analyze the causes of the problem, work together in an integrated way, and develop yourself continuously to develop the skills and competencies necessary for the administration of learning, to follow the movements of the Ministry of Labor and other changes in the world society, and the new officials to be important. A potential human resource is ready to fulfill its mission. Strengthening the Ministry of Labor’s mission to achieve the goals of the 20-year strategic plan for the development of the country to secure, prosper, and sustainable.

          There were 100 trainees from central and provincial level, 6 ministry of labor ministry, 32 labor department, one skill development department, and 61 social security office. Training duration was 12 days, the 12th – 23rd March, 2018. The content of the training was the philosophy of being a good servant – the benefits of the land – and its role, the knowledge, skills, competencies needed to perform the service and team building. Knowledge and skills for a balanced existence in the 21st century and the development of society and the nation. Include 20-year strategy and sustainable Thai concepts, public relations, create perception, and the subject of Big Data.
