On October 23, 2018, at 07.00 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Pol.Maj. Romayong Surakitbunharn led the Ministry of Labour’s executive committee, officials and personnel to the alms giving ceremony to monks, the placing of garlands and paid homage in honour of King Chulalongkorn on the occasion of the occasion of the Memorial Day, which took place at the Dusit Palace.
