On October 23, 2018, at 19.00 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Pol.Maj. Romayong Surakitbunharn led the Ministry of Labour’s officials and personnel to join the candle-lighting ceremony in memory of King Chulalongkorn, on the occasion of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Day which took place at Sanam Luang.
