Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jak Punchoopet emphasized that health comes first for both employers, employees, and insured persons. He said that health protection is an important issue of the lowest investment; it’s like buying a car that requires condition checking, and you need to choose good petrol to fuel the car. He asked the people if they have had a health check recently, have they chosen good food to eat and have they exercised regularly to keep healthy and strong. He said, “You get what you think; eat carefully and exercise regularly for good health and strength.”
