On February 22, 2019, at 09.00 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Jarin Chakkaphark assigned Mr. Mr. Kittipong Laonnipon, Labour Specilist (Advisory Level) to chair the training course on “development of specialist/expert civil servants” for staff under the Ministry of Labour. The training took place at the Jompol P. Pibulsongkram conference room, 5th Floor, Ministry of Labour.
The course focuses on the development of civil servants at the specialist/expert level within the Ministry of Labour, who are essential to the organization, like intermediaries who apply the policies of high-level executives to implement and manage in all dimensions. They also apply knowledge to suit the situation in self-management, people management, administration and communication, to encourage motivation, cooperation and collaboration based on roles, duties and responsibilities. The actions are carried out with honesty, faith, transparency, non-discrimination, moral and always creating a vision to lead the organization to significant changes in the future. Around 50 participants from both central and regional areas joined the training.
