On January 8, 2021, at 09.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol presided over the Subcommittee’s meeting on Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities No. 1/2021 at the Prasong Rananant Meeting Room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour. The meeting considered the following: 1) the draft Action Plan for 2021. 2) Adjusting the proportion of people with disabilities in government agencies. 3) Proposals from the Federation of Thai Industries on setting the number of days to calculate contributions be sent to the People with Disabilities Empowerment Act, and 4) Promoting more people with disabilities to join the workforce.
