On November 8, 2021, at 13.00 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud presided over the award and certificate ceremony of the competition winners in the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour competition project to “reduce bellies to reduce diseases.” The occasion took place via VDO Conference on the Zoom Cloud Meeting system. The ceremony gave out four awards for overall health, three for group fitness diligence, and five for individual fitness diligence. The occasion occurred at the Human Resources Management Division’s meeting room, 10th floor, Ministry of Labour.
In this regard, the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour’s project to “reduce bellies to reduce diseases” encourages project participants to monitor their health and control their body mass index (BMI) and reduce weight and waist circumference. The project provides information on choosing healthy and nutritious foods, promoting a health-conscious and continuous exercise, at least three times a week for 30 minutes each session, for three months. The project promotes personnel under the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour to have good health, both physically and mentally, to operate effectively.
