MOL Host Workshop to Improve Management Potential for Labour Volunteer Mentors in Digital Era

            The Ministry of Labour commenced a workshop for labour volunteer mentors, to improve the potential for management in the digital era. The Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour showed admiration for the labour volunteer mentors dedicated to assisting operations.

 

 

            On January 14, 2019, at 09.30 hours, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Suradej Waleeittikul chaired the opening ceremony of the workshop for labour volunteer mentors to improve the potential for management in the digital era, which took place at the Panorama Conference Room 1, The Emerald Hotel Bangkok. The Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour showed admiration for the labour volunteer mentors who have devoted themselves to be a mentor providing advice and assistance in work for labour volunteers to perform missions to help the Ministry of Labour in various areas to achieve success.
            Mr. Suradej said that the Ministry of Labour had seen the importance of the development for labour volunteer mentors, to have the potential to support work in the digital age. He said that it is expected that each province and Bangkok, which are agencies responsible for the work of labour volunteers, use the outputs from this seminar to develop an overview for the volunteer work with the agencies under the Ministry of Labour, both in Bangkok and at the provincial level, to plan and integrate work on labour missions, together with helping workers to be stable in work, secured and have a better quality of life, fulfilling the ministry’s mission.
