On October 19, 2021, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong and Senior Executive Officer 908 (Vice-Chairman) Air Chief Marshal Somkid Sukbang co-chaired the committee meeting of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyapha’s Charity Fund to inform the past performance, regulations, and rules of the fund. The meeting considered new careers and interesting professional training that can be done in prisons amid the COVID-19 era. It also discussed product development and distribution, more systematic dividends for inmates, and conditions for receiving occupational scholarships after release. The Ministry of Justice’s Inspector-General (Vice-Chairman) Mrs. Jirapha Sinthunawa, the Department of Employment’s Director-General Pairoj Chotikasathian, the Department of Skill Development’s Deputy Director-General Mrs. Darunee Nitthaweekul, the Social Security Office’s Deputy Secretary-General Mrs. Bupphon Phanpeng and representatives from relevant agencies attended the meeting at the Prasong Rananant Meeting Room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour.
