On July 19, 2022, at 13.30 hours, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mrs. Sopa Kieatnircha, chaired the Ministry of Labour’s Legislation Drafting Committee Meeting No. 4/2022, which took place at the Legislative Division Meeting Room, 11th floor, Ministry of Labour. The meeting considered the draft Ministerial Regulation on Medical Expenses to be Paid by Employers (No….) B.E…. and the draft notification of the Ministry of Labour on prescribing types of diseases which occur according to the nature or condition of work or due to work.
