MOL Lays Flowers on Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great’s Passing

          On October 13, 2021, Labour Minister Mr. Suchart Chomklin chaired the flower-laying ceremony on the anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great’s passing. The occasion took place at the Jompol P. Pibulsongkram Meeting Room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour. Assistant to the Labour Minister Mr. Surachai Chaitrakulthong, Assistant Minister from the Prime Minister’s Office, performing duties for the Ministry of Labour, Mr. Pornsak Charoenprasert, Secretariat to the Labour Minister Mr. Suthep Chitayawong, Assistant Minister from the Prime Minister’s Office performing duties for the Ministry of Labour Police Major General Nantachat Supamongkol, the Ministry of Labour’s Spokesperson (on politics) Mrs. Theanrat Nawamawat, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, and the Ministry of Labour’s executives also joined the occasion.
          Mr. Suchart paid his respects on the occasion of the anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great’s passing. He said that throughout the 70 years of reign and more by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, the people under the umbrella of His Majesty the King throughout the kingdom were appreciative of His Majesty’s grace and mercy for devoting his physical strength and wisdom to perform various royal duties for the benefit and happiness of the people. Small and large royal initiatives and projects brought endless benefits to the nation. His Majesty bestowed the philosophy of a sufficiency economy as a guideline for the people to live by using knowledge and intelligence as immunity. It also brings benefits to the people of the country who have adopted the royally bestowed guidelines. The glory spreads far and wide in all directions. The people will be guided by the royal initiatives that have been bestowed upon them. It is a binding tool for performing duties and maintaining oneself for the benefit of the nation forever. The ceremony held this year was strictly following the COVID-19 prevention measures.
