On January 5, 2023, at 14.00 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, presided over the meeting to drive the expansion of the Thai labour market abroad, together with the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Samat Pattamasukon, at the Permanent Secretary of Labour’s meeting room, 7th floor, Ministry of Labour. The meeting followed up on the progress of expanding the Thai labour market in South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Israel (expanding the labour market in the construction sector), and Singapore and discussed problems/obstacles in growing the Thai labour market abroad.
