Permanent Secretary of Labour Gives Lecture on “Guidelines on Policy Development for Thai Workers to Pass COVID-19 Period with Stability and Sustainability”

      Today, June 16, 2020, at 09.15 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol as Advisor President of the National Labour Research Center, the Ministry of Labour, gave a special lecture on “Guidelines on Policy Development for Thai Workers to Pass COVID-19 Period with Stability and Sustainability” in the seminar on approaches to drive the Thai labour market to pass the COVID-19 era: adaptation of all worker groups and ages, to advance towards stability and sustainability. The seminar was a video conference to support the new way of life (new normal) at the Prasong Rananant Meeting Room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour.

          The seminar was organized by the Senate Labour Commission together with the Chulalongkorn University Labour Research Center and the National Research Center, Ministry of Labour. The objective was to enhance knowledge and understanding about the work direction of the Senate Labour Commission and to exchange information and opinions from the experience of the seminar participants on the adaptation of workers of all groups and ages, and planning of all sectors in the medium and long term, as well as seeking ways to prepare for future crises.
