On September 27, 2021, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol assigned Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Niyom Songkaew to chair the second meeting of the National Advisory Committee on the Ship-to-Shore Rights Project in Southeast Asia together with Mr. Giuseppe Busini, Acting Ambassador, Head of Delegation of the European Union to Thailand. The meeting was via Zoom at the Prasong Rananant meeting room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour.
