MOL Promotes Young and General Worker Skills Development to Become Hairdresser Assistants

            Labour Minister, H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo in efforts to raise skill levels and solve labor shortages for hairdresser assistants, join hands with leading beauty school Chalachol S.C. Serichai Beauty to sculpt young and general workers as quality hairdresser’s assistant.

            On April 5, 2019, at 09.00 hours, Labour Minister, H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo presided over the opening ceremony for skills enhancement for young and general workers to become hairdresser assistants. The effort was a collaboration between the Department of Skill Development and Chalachol S.C. Serichai Beauty to upgrade the skills of the hairdressers and the general public to become quality workers according to the 3A policy of the Ministry of Labour, and the 20-year national strategy. The initiative also aims to resolve shortages of hairdresser’s assistants. The hairdresser assistant course has a training period of 30 hours or 5 days. Participants will receive basic knowledge, analysis and care of hair, wash and drying, treatment, hair colour and embracing a customer service mindset to create a positive impression. The event took place at the Jompol P. Pibulsongkram Conference Room, 5th Floor, Ministry of Labour.
