On January 28, 2021, at 11.00 hours, HRH Princess Chulabhorn, President of the Chulabhorn Research Institute, delivered New Year 2021 cards. Representatives from the Chulabhorn Research Institute represented Her Royal Highness in presenting the cards to Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol and the Department of Skill Development’s Director-General Mr. Tawat Benchatikul. The occasion took place at the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour, 7th floor, Ministry of Labour.
