Permanent Secretary of Labour M.L. Puntrik Smiti chaired the meeting to consult resolutions to illegal Thai workers in Korea. Relevant units from the Immigration Office, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, the Ministry of Tourism and Sport and the Department of Employment participated in the meeting to plan solutions, as the matter still exists today. The meeting took place at the Permanent Secretary of Labour’s office.
