On May 25, 2022, at 10.00 hours, Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Suthep Chitvong, chaired the meeting of the working group to propose guidelines for helping employees in the event that the employer closes the business and does not pay wages or other rights under the law no. 1/2022. Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mrs. Bubpha Phanpeng, also joined the meeting.
