Ninth Meeting on Workforce Skills Promotion Kicks-off

          Today (28 September 2017) at 10.00 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour M.L. Puntrik Smiti chaired the ninth committee meeting on promoting skills development, which was in consultation with relevant units on enhancing national skill standards to support the National Qualification Framework (NQF) and ASEAN Qualification Reference Framework (AQRF). The meeting also discussed loan payments from the workforce skills development fund in accordance with the Skills Development Promotion Act and establishment of a subcommittee on outstanding organization selection for skills development initiatives in 2018. The meeting took place at the Panorama Room on the 14th floor of the Emerald Hotel in Ratchadapisek road.
