         On 28 September 2010, at 11.30am.-1.00 pm. Mr. Chaiyot Yousub, Minister Counsellor and CPO1 Bancha Chuenchom, Labour Counsellor paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Suwat Jiraphan, Ambassador to Doha, Qatar on the occasion of his ascending. Later in the same day at 3.00 pm.-5.00pm., Office of Labour Affairs in Riyadh and Mr. Somwang Kruesuwan, Minister Counsellor went to discuss with executives of Power Line Engineering Plc. about petition filed by Thai workers in order to solve, maintain and promote Thai labour employment. There are approximately 1,300 Thai workers working at this company. On 29 September 2010 during 09.00 am.-1.00 pm, Office of Labour Affairs in Riyadh went to visit Thai workers at their workplaces and residential camp of Power Line Engineering Plc. and then between 3.00pm-4.30pm, they called on Thai workers at Boom Construct Co.,Ltd, a company operating a construction business on Residential Project with approximately 30 Thai workers are employed. The company has filed the request to import Thai workers by coordinating with Royal Thai Embassy in Doha to examine employment nature.
