Permanent Secretary Highlights Responsibility to Duties for People and National Benefit Among Batch 23 of New Officials

          The Ministry of Labour’s Permanent Secretary emphasized for the new government officials in batch 23, to be committed to performing their duties and competent civil servants who perform official duties for the benefit of the people and the nation.
          Today (July 12, 2019) at 13.00 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol presided over the closing ceremony of the training course to develop new government officials of the Ministry of Labour, batch 23, ready to wear the shoulder strap for new government officials. The ceremony took place at the Evergreen Room, 5th floor, Asia Airport Hotel, Pathumthani. The Permanent Secretary of Labour said, “I sincerely hope that every new civil servant here will be a valuable resource to the Ministry of Labour. I hope that everyone is aware of the importance of their roles and are responsible as a good civil servant. Everyone must be a new generation of government officials who continue learning and aim to develop yourself to keep up with the modern era and changing world, including the ability to bring new technology to apply innovations that are beneficial to the development of the work of the agency to be more effective.”
          “I sincerely hope that the new civil servants of the Ministry of Labor will strive to perform their duties as a good servant who performs government services for the benefit of the people and the nation.,” concluded the Permanent Secretary of Labour.
          This curriculum trains participants to be an excellent civil servant following the guidelines set by the Office of the Civil Service Commission to cultivate a good civil servant philosophy and network development in the workplace. It focuses on learning content from lecturers and experienced executives, including actual practice both in and outside the classroom. The training started on July 1, 2019, to today, totaling a 12-day training period with trainees. Trainees were new officials from every department under the Ministry of Labour, with a total of 87 people.
