On October 13, 2018, at 17.30 hours, the Ministry of Labour’s Permanent Secretary Mr. Jarin Chakkaphark and personnel participated in the candle lighting ceremony to pay homage in remembrance of King Rama 9, on the second year since passing of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej. The event took place around Sanam Luang.
