“Permanent Secretary of Labor” received a letter from the Social Security Employees’ Association demanding compensation and welfare benefits

                On May 11, 2018, at 10.00 hrs., Mr. Jarin Chakkaphark, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Labor received the letter from Mr. Sassaluk Sasbuncha, President of the Social Security Union brought about 30 social workers to submit a letter to H.E. Police General Adul Sangsingkeo, Labor Minister, to call for the adjustment of compensation and welfare of social security employees at Conference Room, 1st Floor, Department of Labor Protection and Welfare.

 

                According to Permanent Secretary of Labor, the claim of this employee is the right without the consent of the person who came out. There will be a working group to consider the requirements by the employees to participate. Compensation and benefits must be compared with other organizations. With that, it is still inferior and should be and no matter what the reason, it must be considered. The Minister of Labor will try to reference it as close to the government system, which confirms that it will accelerate as quickly as possible.
