Permanent Secretary of Labour Announced the No Gift Policy for 2023

          On December 26, 2022, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, announced the No Gift Policy to promote honest values in performing duties with morality and ethics, without conflicts of interest from performing duties, and to prevent fraud. The policy encourages using greeting cards, greeting books, or social media to express appreciation instead of giving things.

          Government officials and staff under the Office of the Permanent Secretary of Labour must thoroughly inform third parties about such policies to ensure effective implementation.
