Permanent Secretary of Labour Gives Speech to Young Competitors in 43rd Toyota Dealer Customer Service Skills Contest

             The Permanent Secretary of Labour congratulated awardees of the 43rd Toyota Dealer Customer Service Skills Contest in the northeastern region, for the 2019 qualifying rounds. The Permanent Secretary admired the efforts of the young people in the competition and encouraged self-improvement for success and to use the experience for further development.

 

 

           On July 7, 2019, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol congratulated participants of the 43rd Toyota Dealer Customer Service Skills Contest in the northeastern region for 2019, at Toyota Thong Ruay Sima Co., Ltd. Ban Ko, Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima, Nakhon Ratchasima. He said that on behalf of the Ministry of Labour, he congratulated all 8 winners of each category and the two winning teams from each branch of the competition, who demonstrated excellent skills and customer service. He said that the award is an honor, reflecting the perseverance that everyone has dedicated to practicing and self-improvement for the success today, which is part of workforce development following the government’s policy that focuses on the progress of competency and competitiveness of Thai workers.
           On this occasion, the Permanent Secretary of Labour also praised all the contestants in their perseverance to succeed today and can leverage the experience gained to use in their work. For those who are not yet successful, he said not to give up trying and to use the experience for further self-development. Furthermore, the Permanent Secretary commended Toyota Motor Thailand Co., Ltd., a major automobile manufacturer in Thailand that recognizes the importance of skill development and providing skills and knowledge to workers to keep up with changes in technology and meet the same standards.
