On December 28, 2022, at 13.30 hours, the Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Boonchob Suttamanaswong, attended the Eastern Economic Corridor Policy Committee Meeting No. 5/2022, chaired by the Prime Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha at Phakdi Bodin Building, Government Houses.
The meeting had important agendas such as expanding the area, establishing and implementing recreational activities in the special economic promotion zone, the Eastern Airport City (EECa), appointment of a supervisory board for U-Tapao Airport and the Eastern Airport City, the EEC Business Center development project, and the Smart City Project. The meeting also requested for extension of tax measures to support personnel development for Industry 4.0 and the Audit Committee Charter.
