On December 4, 2020, at 09.30 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour Mr. Suthi Sukosol assigned Assistant to the Permanent Secretary of Labour Ms. Pattraporn Samatrat as chairperson of the meeting to discuss the project on building an integrated social protection system for everyone in Thailand, together with the UN Country Team (UNCT) and Oxford Policy Management (OPM). The meeting collected information and interviewed relevant people for the initial research on three issues: migrants, gender, and an informal economy. The meeting took place at the Prasong Rananant meeting room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour.
